Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Returns' option next to your recent order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place all components, including hardware and original manuals, back into the original protective packaging.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient time for a professional courier to collect the package from your home.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once your item arrives at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
